At re-nū Smart Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty devices and ensuring your satisfaction. Our products come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.


How the Warranty Works

1. Warranty Registration

To initiate a warranty request, please register your product on our Warranty Registration Page by providing your name, email, phone number, order number, and any details regarding your request.

Note: Your warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase, regardless of when you register.

2. Submitting a Warranty Request

After registering, you may email us to request a warranty replacement.
We will review your request within 7 business days and determine if your product is eligible.

3. Returning Your Product

If your warranty request is approved, you will be instructed to send your device to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.


Warranty Eligibility

This warranty covers defects due to materials or workmanship but does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, neglect, or abuse
  • Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or disassembly
  • Exposure to water or other liquids beyond what is specified in the user manual
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, cosmetic damage)

We reserve the right to inspect the returned device to verify that it meets warranty conditions before issuing a replacement. Photos or additional documentation may be requested to help assess eligibility.
